About Asian LifeSkills

Asian LifeSkills Centre is a professional training centre for:

1)  Students, undergraduates and mature learners who want to enhance career and life opportunities by gaining better academic qualifications
2)  Principals, teachers and tutors who want to upgrade their coaching skills by keeping abreast with the latest trends and methodologies
3)  Personnel at work who want to motivate job performance and improve job satisfaction by practising better soft skills with customers and colleagues

Economists say that the wealth of the world is shifting from the West to the East. The West is relying more on products made in China and services outsourced to India. As Asians strive to improve themselves in this world of cross-cultures and evolving lifestyles, they will do better to achieve their objectives by applying relevant Asian values. For example, painstaking patience, graciousness in service, and humble respect are great qualities for potential teachers and leaders. These should be ingrained in Asian minds, through educating the young, and in re-educating the not so young.

At ALC, we select and present our courses with passion and purpose. Our passion is education, and our purpose is to awaken in our students a sense of the New Asian identity, and of each individual's privilege to live a more meaningful life. Asian LifeSkills Centre has chosen a strategic position in the middle of Singapore's education hub. Located on the top floor of North Bridge Centre, ALC's training facility has an inspiring view of the National Library headquarters right across the road.   The new Singapore Management University is only a block away.   The vicinity is also known for its many bookstores as well as arts and education related centres.
