 Essential Attributes: |
- 3 years' teaching experience in Chinese
- Good English skills in listening, speaking, writing, reading
- Experience in providing quality customer services
- Good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational ability and keep attention to deal
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with students in English
- Computer literacy including experience in Word Documents, Internet and Spreadsheet applications
- Ability to adjust priorities based on changing needs
- Flexible, adaptable and responsive to change
- Possess analytical and problem solving skills
- Patient, understanding, and professional

 Responsibilities: |
- Teaching syllabus, designing and writing (timeliness, accuracy, attention to detail)
- Online teaching (timeliness, accuracy, attention to detail)
- Students' exercises, course work, checking and marking (timeliness, accuracy, attention to deal)
- Students teaching services after online class by email, phone, BBS room and ect (customer satisfaction)
- Creation and maintenance of Students' records and report to the Senior Manager
- Liaise with relevant colleagues in all areas as required (timeliness, attention to detail)
- Advice on teaching quality enhancement
- Able to work during the Evenings and weekends in front of computer at your own place.
