Why can't I log in?
If you are not able to log in, first to make sure that, you do not have an extra space before your username or password. In addition, check that you have correctly spelled your username and password. Finally, make sure that your security settings are set to default. You can check this by going to Tools>Internet Options>click on the "Security" tab and make sure that "default settings" is in "gray."
 
How can I change my username?
There is no way to change your username at this time. If you wish to change your password, click the "My account" link in the top right of any page, enter the new password and update.
