2007年3月26号，令人瞩目的世界汉学大会正式在人民大学的明德堂召开，世界各地的汉学大师、教授共聚一堂。大会28号结束，历时3天。其间专家学者们讨论了众多历史及宗教等与汉学有关于的话题，大众中文网是受邀参加大会的媒体之一，我们对部分专家作了一些与中文教学有关话题的访问，摘录部分内容如下：

魏若望，美国乔治敦大学教授，著名汉学家 问：请问您对互联网上的在线中文教学有何看法？ 答：当然可以通过互联网学习，特别是如果可以做到互动，你现在不仅仅只是在听录音机，而是要做到听录音的时候，你模仿扬声器的发音，并由对方更正你的发音。这才是真正的新的学习方式。我相信很多人、特别是年轻人会喜欢通过这种方式学习中文。通过电脑，你可以告诉人们中文的文字是什么样的、笔划、书写顺序等，这些对于学习如何写中文都是非常非常重要的。

施寒微，哥廷根大学汉学教授，慕尼黑大学汉学教授 问：请问您对互联网上的在线中文教学有何看法？ 答：那将会是非常有用的，因为现在的技术不像几年前那样，有很好的电脑，在线提供不同的课程，这个主意很好！

白乐桑，法国教育部汉语总督学，博士生导师 问：请问白先生，现在法国的中文教学发展的情况是怎样的，对于促进民间、商业层面的中文教学合作是否有什么特别的政策。 答：中文教学的发展这几年有较大的变化，在法国，中文仍然只是选修课程，但我们注意到学习中文的学生越来越多，甚至已超过日语、葡萄牙语等热门的外语。而对于中文的教学，目前多是在学校普及，暂时没有特别的政策。

Mar. 26, 2007, the World Conference on Sinology was held in Mingde Hall of Renmin University in Beijing, hundreds of Sinology experts and professors gathered together to discuss about various topics on history, religion and other matters related to Sinology studies. The conference lasted for 3 days, ended on Mar. 28. ChooseChinese was invited to the conference as one of the media reporters, during the conference, we visited parts of the experts about Chinese teaching, and have summarized the main points as below:

Q: May I know your opinion to the modern E-learning services for Chinese language?

A: Well, you can learn Chinese certainly through E-learning, especially if it can be interactive. See the language learning nowadays is that you are not only hearing the tape recorder, but that you hear the speaker, then you can imitate the speaker and they will correct you, that’s the new language learning. That is a really new form, and I do think a number of people, especially younger people are going to be able to learn Chinese in that way, definitely it gets people started. Also through computers, you can show a person how do you do the characters, what are the strokes, stroke order and so forth. That is also very very important for learning how to write characters properly.

Q: How do you think the E-learning service, that is to promote Chinese language through internet?

A: Oh, that would be very helpful, because now the technique possibility is out at hand, it was not as a few years ago, but now you have good computers, it would a good idea to have E-learning, also for Chinese.

Joel Bel Lassen, General Inspector of Chinese teaching department, MOE France

Q: Mr Bel Lassen, would you please describe the situation of Chinese teaching in France, and is there any special policy for social or business collaboration on Chinese Language teaching?

A: In the past few years, the development of Chinese teaching has changed a lot. In France, Chinese is still an elective course, however, we have noticed an increasing number of students are attempting to study Chinese. Chinese has defeated Japanese, Portuguese and many other languages, become one of the most popular foreign languages. It’s easier to learn Chinese at schools, no special policy at this moment for business of Chinese teaching.
